Some of the immediate benefits for all of our customers include the most recent update from cPanel 9 to cPanel 10, Server software and hardware has been upgraded across the board from single 2.4 GHz P4 processors with single 80GB hard drives to our brand new Dual Processors P4 3.0 GHz servers with Dual 120GB mirrored hard drives for optimal data protection.

In addition our datacenter has activated OC-12 internet service with MCI/UUnet to its Lansing, MI location. This coincides with the official activation of an SBC OC-48 redundant diverse path SONET ring and a series of major network equipment upgrades including load balancing for more reliable data transfer and speeds.

Our network upgrade project includes a sizable upgrade of top of the line Cisco networking gear. Included in this upgrade are the addition of multiple redundant Cisco GSR 12000 border routers and a fully redundant network core featuring Cisco 6509's with Sup720 processors. Our core network is able to handle up to 400 million packets per second and a transfer rate of 720 gigabits per second. This advanced configuration establishes a high performance self healing network that is able to survive equipment failures without performance implications or interruptions to client connectivity.

Server uptimes, faster recovery, quicker support resolution is all a result of the new set up and our desire to provide the best possible support and services to our clients.

Multiple redundant remote backup systems are also integrated to ensure data safety.
